A single pipeline from facility to retirement.
The TerraQura platform is organised as four cooperating layers. Sensor and document streams enter at the edge. An AI engine reconciles them into auditable evidence. A permissioned blockchain settles issuance, transfer and retirement. A reporting layer exports the trail in the formats institutions actually disclose against.
Four layers, one verifiable record.
Each layer is independently inspectable and operates against published interfaces. Independence is what makes the system auditable.
Edge
Field sensors, satellite imagery, operational telemetry and document inputs are normalised into a signed evidence stream. Each reading carries provenance, time and instrument identity.
- Signed sensor stream
- Satellite ingest
- Document capture
Verify
The AI evidence engine reconciles streams against methodology bounds and counterfactual baselines, surfaces anomalies and produces inspectable findings every claim points back to.
- Methodology checks
- Anomaly surfacing
- Replayable findings
Settle
Verified tonnes are issued on a permissioned blockchain. Transfer and retirement are recorded once, visible to every counterparty and tied to the evidence trail.
- Permissioned ledger
- Lineage preserved
- Retirement immutable
Report
Disclosure exports carry verification through to the formats buyers, regulators and assurers consume. ISSB, CSRD and Article 6 oriented outputs are first class citizens.
- ISSB / CSRD exports
- Article 6 records
- Audit packages
Designed so every claim has a shorter path to the evidence behind it.
Capture is where integrity begins.
The platform treats every signal as primary evidence. Hardware identity, capture time, signing keys and chain of custody are recorded at the source. Imagery, telemetry and operational documents are stored alongside, not summarised away.
The AI engine is a referee, not an oracle.
Every model finding is replayable against the inputs it ran on. Decisions are explained in terms practitioners can challenge. The engine surfaces what is uncertain rather than smoothing it away.
A permissioned ledger built for institutional counterparties.
Issuance, transfer and retirement are written to a chain whose validators are accountable. Privacy on counterparty identity is preserved without compromising the audit trail of the unit itself.
Disclosure is a first class output.
The reporting layer translates verified records into the disclosure shapes buyers, regulators and external assurers consume. The point is not a dashboard. The point is a packaged, defensible report.
Designed to operate inside the frameworks the market is converging on.
The platform is being engineered against the rule sets that institutional buyers and regulators already align with. Compatibility is a design input, not a marketing claim.
Paris Agreement Article 6
Internationally transferred mitigation outcomes need authorisation, tracking and corresponding adjustments. The settlement layer is structured to support sovereign registries operating under Article 6.2 and 6.4.
ICVCM Core Carbon Principles
The CCP framework defines what high integrity looks like in the voluntary market. Verification, additionality, permanence and governance are baked into how methodologies are implemented.
ISO 14064 and 14065
The verification workflow follows ISO 14064 quantification grade evidence and is structured for assurance under ISO 14065. Evidence is auditable by external assurers without bespoke integration.
ISSB and CSRD
Reporting outputs are shaped for IFRS S2 and ESRS E1 climate disclosures. Verified retirements carry forward into the formats sustainability reporting actually requires.
